Nobody can want it for you, you have to want it for yourself.

Many of us go to school to experience lesson and if we are lucky, get a teacher who is enthusiastic about their subject. This is the same concept that applies to me, I am enthusiastic about my subject which is personal training. As a certified trainer, I will target your specific goals and help you accomplish them. During our sessions, you will learn the proper form of exercising, and various techniques to help ensure that you get the most out of every session. As we progress throughout your fitness timelines, we will go into more depth about health and wellness to ensure all aspects of your life are improving and progression is constant.

Note that FMS assessment is mandatory before the start of any training.


Women are often told to avoid resistance, or weight, training because obtain big bulky muscles. This is false. In general, it is harder for women to add muscle to their bodies, according to the National Strength and Conditioning Association, training for muscular size, or hypertrophy, is very specific and takes a lot of time and planning. Performing resistance exercise two to three times per week will not give you big muscles, but a toned and lean physique.

Many people believe that if you want to shrink a specific area of your body, you need to exercise by targeting that particular body part specifically. Unfortunately, this is not true. If you have excess body fat around your abdominal area, participating in hundreds of repetitions of various ab exercises will not decrease the fat covering your mid-section. You will need to perform cardiovascular exercises to decrease body fat from your entire body, then perform exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles.
